Winter activities

A range of activities that will please everyone are offered. Winter hiking, snow scooter, outdoor escape game, snowshoeing, snow biking (fatbike), ice skating, ice climbing, disc golf, special events and ready-to-camp accommodation!

Biking on snow, a sport also known as fat bike, is a full ascent activity. Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook has been proactive in offering this sport now for several years. Offering our visitors, the thrill to enjoy this sport during the white season. Come explore the 17 km of trails that allow everyone to enjoy magnificent views.

Again this year, the Park will be open to the public! Bring your crampons or snowshoes (mandatory to access the trails) and climb the mountain. We tell you, the view at the top in winter and breathtaking. Have fun!

The Neil Tillotson pathway offers 5.7 km hiking and 5.5 km mountain snowshoeing paths. Please be advised that this is a one-way distance. 

Ice climbing is made possible on frozen rocky sidewalls in the heart of the enchanting scenery at Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook.

Cross-country skiing: 30 km of trails through the undergrowth for skiers of all levels. Rest at one of two rustic shelters. Four groomed snowshoe trails.

Discover the Parc Découverte Nature in winter mode! In a winter "underwater" atmosphere, you will have to maintain the marine balance by repelling the dangers (pollution, etc.). Your video game-loving skills will come in very handy as you guide your school of fish, fish, and cook in the indoor interactives. Also learn about ice fishing (equipment provided). Have fun!
